Sheehy Subaru Springfield is currently seeking a Qualified Finance Manager to be a part of our amazing team. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional who is excited by automotive finance, has a strong focus on compliance requirements, and delivers the best customer service.

- Bi-Weekly Salary plus Monthly Commission
- Potential annual earnings $120,000-$200,000

Responsibilities
- Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals
- Generate finance income on all sold customers
- Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
- Contract or collect all money at closing
- Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
- Maintain a working knowledge of leases
- Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
- Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
- Solicit extended warranty sales
- Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Automotive Finance experience required
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
- Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
- Must have a valid driver’s license
