Job description
Qualifications:
- One (1) year experience in an administrative support role and working the front desk answering phones.
- Good phone etiquette and friendly customer service.
- Previous customer service experience; demonstration of customer services skill set
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication; competent in organizational time management skills, attention to detail, and accurate record-keeping skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
Responsibilities:
- Experience The person selected for this position must be eighteen (18) years or older and possess at least two months of prior experience in secretarial or administrative work
- Preferably the candidate will have six months of experience in an administrative, secretarial position; preferably in a medical-related office environment Willing to train the right person.
- Ability to handle several tasks at one time
- Good people and hosting skills
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Organizational Skills Must be extremely organized, keeping facility records current and compliance
- Mental: Must be able to always maintain a pleasant demeanor, even under stressful situations or when handling multiple tasks
