Sales Coordinator
We are excited to add to our growing sales team at Sonitrol Great Lakes/Solucient Security. We are adding an experienced Sales Coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting our Sales Team Management and Representatives by coordinating sales activities that will maximize team performance.
The Sales Coordinator position is a full-time position that will work in the office in our Grand Blanc location from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. The pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour.
Sales Coordinator Key Areas of Responsibility include:
- Sales Strategy Development and Sales Reporting
- CRM Administration and Training
- Support in Client Proposals and Contract/Agreements and Sales Presentations
- Sales Lead Management Support
- Industry and Client Research
- Marketing and Company Brand Champion
- Support and Coordinate Training initiatives and Meetings for Sales Staff
Position Requirements:
- Highly Client focused and solution driven.
- 2 years previous Sales support experience in a professional sales environment using a CRM tool
- 1 year of project management and process improvement experience.
- Hungry for for sales success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to work efficiently within a team while having the ability to complete task and make decisions independently.
- Advanced sales and customer service skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- The Will and Skill to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High level of computer skills with a key emphasis in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sales- driven CRM tools, (Hubspot and Wesuite) Outlook calendar management, and internet-based research, with the ability/skill to lend support to others a advanced level.
