Job description

Sevenhills Benefit Partners is an independent, service driven employee benefit agency. Employers hire us to help them evaluate and manage the employee benefit plans they offer their employees. Our office overlooks the Mall of America, the Airport and both the Minneapolis and St. Paul skylines. We offer a unique culture of hard working professionals who enjoy having fun while taking care of customers.

DUTIES

This position includes key responsibilities on a team that develops benefit plan options for employers, coordinates employee communications and presentations, and advocates for employees with claim problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a MN Accident & Health, Life license (or to be obtained within six months from hire). High energy self-motivating person with excellent people skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, presentation skills, organization and computer skills. Industry experience preferred.
