Job description
SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Completes psychiatric assessments and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans. Work community partners and facilities to coordinate services. Serve as a resource to ensure appropriate utilization of services. This position works 2 -12 hr shifts per week and every 3rd weekend for a total of 48 hours per pay period. Position is benefits eligible. EXPERIENCE: Preferred Behavioral Health Social Work.
