Job description
Northwest Partners is looking to hire an experienced Senior Privileged Access Management with strong Saviynt experience to work with a premier client in the cybersecurity solutions and services industry, specializing in identity and access management (IAM). This role is crucial for ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' critical information systems. Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
What YOU will do:
- Lead Saviynt implementations focusing on Privileged Access Management solutions, ensuring compliance with client requirements for security and functionality.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current PAM practices, identify vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to secure privileged accounts.
- Architect and design Saviynt PAM solutions that integrate seamlessly into clients' existing IT and security frameworks.
- Customize and configure Saviynt solutions to align with clients' specific security policies and control requirements.
- Offer expert guidance on best practices for managing and monitoring privileged accounts, including password management, session recording, and access control.
- Collaborate with clients' IT and security teams to ensure the successful adoption and operationalization of Saviynt PAM solutions.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to clients' staff for the management and maintenance of implemented solutions.
- Keep abreast of the latest in security threats, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in the PAM space to provide informed recommendations.
- Support pre-sales activities, including contributing to proposals, presentations, and demonstrations related to Saviynt PAM solutions.
What YOU will bring us:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, with at least 3 years focused on Privileged Access Management.
- Demonstrated success in Saviynt implementations, with in-depth knowledge of its PAM capabilities.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, IAM best practices, and PAM strategies.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance PAM solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement complex security solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
