Job description

We are seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead and execute innovative supply chain strategies for our rapidly growing organization. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing service efficiency and optimizing our supply chain as we expand across North America. You will spearhead a dynamic team dedicated to crafting the logistics that ensure our customers experience unparalleled service.

Your Role:

Strategic Planning: Devise and implement inventory planning and distribution strategies to support expansion into new markets and diversification of our warehouse supplier network.
Problem-Solving: Identify supply chain challenges, forecast areas of growth, and swiftly mobilize support for necessary system, process, and infrastructure enhancements.
Optimization: Collaborate to refine our logistics network, assessing and acting on the potential impacts of logistics adjustments, including routing changes, shipping methods, and carrier engagements.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is highly regarded.
Over 10 years of experience in key supply chain functions such as purchasing, logistics, distribution, or inventory management, ideally within a multi-site operational network.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing extensive, multi-year projects.
Proficiency in analytics tools, with a keen ability to distill data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to thoroughness, and strong follow-through skills.
