Shift: 5 x 8 hours, Days shift, 40 hours per week.
**Mileage reimbursement rate (while on assignment) for patient visits**
Job Description & Requirements:
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP Pending compliance
- Employment Type: Contract
- 2+ Years of experience required within Home Health - Required
- OASIS Experience - Required
- HCHB Experience - Required
- NC/compact RN, BLS (AHA) - Required
