Job Description:
You Are:
A high performing team driven customer service and client retention professional. Who enjoys working with a high level of autonomy and is accountable for their work. You are a collaborative team player who isn’t afraid to think outside the box seeking creative strategies to address our client’s needs. As a Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling functions for the equipment delivery, installation, and withdrawal within the Deployment Team. In addition, you will be responsible for confirming accuracy/completeness of presale scope artifacts, assigning implementation resources in the SMAX/ PPM and contacting the client to schedule and coordinate implementation activities.
The wage range for this position is $20 to $25 per hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
You will:
Schedule and facilitate project management conference calls with assigned parties and clients ensuring that project deadlines are met
Provide exceptional verbal and written communication, coordination, and follow-up with external customers, Sales, Services, and Solutions team members, 3rd Party Providers, Sales and Service Management, and Global Supply Chain partners
Review and understand order details and documentation pulled from multiple systems
Understand delivery logistics , coordinate delivery and installation based off carrier and delivery types utilizing Salesforce, ServiceMax , and Valuelink
Coordinate installations and withdrawals of equipment by call scheduling, assignment, and queue management
Maintain and manage multiple projects on schedule and under budget
Communicate with stakeholders proactively to ensure cohesion
Drive accurate forecasting, customer satisfaction and cycle time objectives in line with KPIs pulled from Power Bi
Your Background:
3 years managing deployments for equipment installation or withdraw
Proficiency in Project Management and CRM systems (PPM, SAP, Salesforce.com, ServiceMax , and Valuelink )
Excellent skill with Excel and web-based apps
Excellent customer communication skills, verbal and written
Strong interpersonal relationship and teamwork building skills
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
