We are looking for a full-time skilled Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Foreman to join our growing and dynamic team in our Maumee, OH facility. This position will verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments as well as prepare items for shipments. This position will also be responsible for making sure that shipments are shipped and received in a timely fashion for customer projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pulling outgoing orders, verifying orders for shipping, and processing orders for shipment to various customer projects.
• Loads and unloads product.
• Visually inspects product for damage and keeps customer material together.
• Compare packing lists to received products and ensure that the product(s) in delivery match the packing list.
• Update the product inventory as product(s) are received and added to inventory.
• Package product(s) according to load-out lists for shipment.
• Responsible for shipping orders and receiving materials and shipments.
• Operates a forklift and pallet jack to pick products, and organizes products on racks.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or dimensions of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bill of lading, invoice, order, or other records.
• Keeps the warehouse organized and clean.
• Tracks time spent on assignments for daily productivity reporting.
• All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

​ Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of relevant warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment, build partnerships, and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Able to adapt, constructively respond to, and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Able to effectively communicate and follow instructions in verbal and written form.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
