Account Manager -Pennsylvania Location Remote in Pennsylvania :

You are an ideal candidate if you are currently located in the Pennsylvania area or are open to relocating to the area as you will be selling to our customer base in this region. You would be working from a home office environment but also traveling within the territory and meeting with customers face-to-face on a weekly basis.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

The Account Manager works closely with the CommScope field sales teams and field sales management to identify targets, craft opportunities, and drive deals to closure. The scope includes new business to end-users through our Ecosystem of partners: Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, General Contractors, and Integrators in PA, OH, and WV.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The total compensation range for this role (base and sales incentive plan (SIP) is $87,200 to $130,700.

The Candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Sales Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
