Skills Required:
Years of Experience Required: 5 to 7 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
Disqualifiers: Candidates with mobile work (which is not desktop canvas) will not be eligible for the role. Not looking for someone with a lot of marketing work in their portfolio.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain all the requirements and would have prototyping experience. They would also have a strong visual design to complement the UX. They will be keeping up with design trends and they will have user experience with UX work and UY for images, etc.
Top 3 Hard Skills:
1. Minimum 5 years experience working with developers and PMs.
2. Minimum 7 years experience with Figma.
3. Minimum 7 years experience with knowledge of CSS.
