Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (No weekends!)
- Shift: 1st Shift
- Salary: $17.25 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Harvest cannabis plants with precision.
- Trim plants meticulously to remove unwanted material.
- Meet daily production quotas while ensuring product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and workspace on a daily basis.
- Vigilantly identify and address potential contaminants.
- Accurately record weights in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours and perform various tasks.
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and comfortable with heights up to 30'.
- Proficient in repetitive upper extremity motions and forceful grip/pinch movements.
- Willingness to wear provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Familiarity with basic computer usage and hand tools.
- Must be 21+ years old.
- Tolerance for kief in the air.
- Agility to maneuver in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, including bending, kneeling, reaching, and stooping.
