Job Summary
The Chris Auffenberg Chrysler of Herrin is looking to hire a Finance Manager for a full-time, salary position in their auto dealership. This individual will be responsible for providing and managing customer financing and working closely with customers and sales staff.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with customers to understand and anticipate their financing needs.
- Assist the sales staff in the financing process for both new and used vehicle sales.
- Negotiate financing terms with lenders, manufacturers and service contracts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate completion of all financing paperwork as well as accurate retention of information in the dealership’s database.
- Ensure that all finance transactions are reported correctly to the proper government entities.
- Stay updated on current trend, market changes and dealer programs.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of Illinois.
- At least 3 years of experience working in the automotive finance industry preferred.
- Prior experience using dealership specific loan and warranty programs.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
