Job description

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will support the Commercial theatre. You will be responsible for setting the AMER Commercial field strategy and supervising the execution of events and account-based marketing initiatives to continue our growth trajectory. This role will hold primary responsibility for driving and enabling pipeline growth of Cisco Webex solutions for the North America Commercial team.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional field marketing plans to expand Webex’s footprint in existing customer accounts and penetrate new logos
• Present, lead, and optimize quarterly marketing plans and budget, and participate in regular sales meetings to provide monthly reporting on demand metrics
• Responsible for building event strategies and goals to ensure success
• Track and monitor pre and post event attendance, opportunities progression and creation, and budgets
• Coordinate and maintain field marketing calendars and communications with sales organizations
• Travel to select regions to provide onsite support for events as needed

You will closely align with sales leaders, sales reps, TSAs, and other contributors to understand and support in reaching quarterly goals. You will work cross functionally with product marketing, partner marketing, ABM, event marketing, and other internal partners to ensure teamwork and result driven programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with preference for Marketing, Business or equivalent
• 4-7 years previous marketing experience; including planning and coordinating field events and creating marketing plans.
• Proven experience on end-to-end ownership of B2B marketing and events role (enterprise software, SaaS, regional marketing a plus) in environments with Sales Executives, and Customer Executives.
• Hands on experience co-developing strategic account plans with Sales for Enterprise Software accounts.
• Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail for promotional emails, invitations and other event related materials.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Office Suite, etc
