Our company began in 2015 offering Supportive Living Services to Intellectually Disabled individuals. We now offer Independent Living Services, Mental Health and Behavioral Management services, and looking to add other services in the near future. We have grown into multiple regions and communities throughout California, currently located at 11 different office locations. 

Responsibilities:

- Assist employer in all aspects of employment law matters.

- Recommend changes to policies to maintain compliance.

- Conduct legal research using various resources.

- Prepare and draft legal documents, motions, and discovery requests.

- Prepare and represent company in Labor Commissioner hearings.

- Prepare legal documentation to submit to company retained attorney.

- Assist in other legal or compliance matters.

- Organize and maintain files and documents

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness

 

Experience:

Skills:

- Data entry

- Proofreading

- Legal research

- Company policy writing

- Paralegal duties (drafting legal documents, organizing files)
