Bachelor- Master Degree in Marketing, overseas background appreciated
5-10 years’ experience in Marketing in a multinational environment, related to B2B business
Experience in the food or other FMCG industry is a plus; Familiar with distribution • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Competitive Intelligence: Have a clear analysis of all competition on domestic and international market, and benchmark the best ideas
Work closely with financial and sales department to help serve customer and company needs in the most profitable way.
Create strong relationship with Marketing team of our distributors
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social networks and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
Tracked, analyzed, and delivered monthly Sales KPIs, Sales activities, and Sales Pipelines Metrics reports along with insights and actionable solutions.
