Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 26 Branches Nationwide. The Branch Logistics Admin facilities the flow of information and customer sales orders between the Chadwell Supply Corporate office, Customers, Sales personnel, Warehouse employees, Branch Delivery Drivers, and the Branch Logistic Manager.
What you will need
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have 3 years of experience in computer operation.
- You must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Pass all pre-employment, background check and drug testing.
How you will make an impact
- Assist with telecommunication for incoming calls to ensure communication and issue resolution are achieved.
- Respond and follow up on emails that are sent to email groups, Our Truck delivery, and FedEx LTL to ensure responses are completed and related needed documents are provided within 4 hours.
- Audit and monitor SalesPad queues for correct order status for customer delivery queues Ready to Ship, On the Truck, and Delivery Issues.
- Scan customer order PODs into invoiced orders in the Chadwell Supply operating system as needed.
- Invoice orders in the Chadwell Supply operating system as needed.
- Scan or enter product serial numbers into customer orders as needed.
- File completed HazMat shipping paperwork as needed.
- Assist Delivery Logistics management with updating Delivery Driver certifications as needed by scanning and entering documents.
- Assist Delivery Logistics management with the review and verification of all Delivery Driver manifests to ensure they are clean and empty by close of business.
- Assist with phone calls and messaging communication with sales personnel and/or customers when branch delivery drivers are unable to make delivery contact on a customer's property.
- Assist with branch communication with delivery drivers regarding issues or customer delivery needs.
- Assist with scheduling, monitoring, and purchase order documentation for all branch Vendor pick-ups to ensure completion in a timely manner.
- Assist with the creation of sales orders as needed for will call customers.
- Assist the Branch Warehouse Admin and Receiving Admin when needed.
