Job description
The Field Support Department empowers Off-Premise Sales teams and Distributors by providing the latest tools, and advanced technology to ensure the successful attainment of business objectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Field Support, you will lead the implementation of strategies to enhance store execution in retail environments, especially those facing challenges related to high theft. You will formalize shrink reporting systems, quantify the impact of retail theft, and collaborate with our accounts to devise solutions aimed at improving shopability and mitigating challenges associated with shrink during the retail sales calls.
RESPONSIBILITIESAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Develop and implement retail security strategies to prevent theft and reduce product losses while maintaining our premium brand look.
Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor industry trends to enhance solutions for retail security protocols.
Influence security strategy and protocols for point of sale solutions required to secure the product at retail.
Collaborate with the Field Support Communications department to create awareness and communicate “wins”.
Partner with Trade Marketing to ensure a portfolio of anti-theft point of sales solutions that maintain premium standards for shoppers.
Educate sales employees on the effectiveness of premium retail security solutions, enabling them to promote theft prevention during sales calls.
Implement a formalized system for reporting and monitoring shrink for all retail customers across North America.
Implement a dynamic, data-driven tiered rating system that categorizes stores based on shrink impact to in store execution.
Collaborate with Operations to establish a formalized process for tracking, communicating, and mitigating future incidents of stolen goods related to Distributor shipments.
Design and implement loss prevention processes across retail locations.
Collaborate with teams to integrate security measures into daily operations.
Be the subject matter expert, consulting on distinguishing between real and perceived theft.
Partner with Key Accounts in high-impact geographies to overcome challenges associated with theft. Develop tools to demonstrate correlation of sales profit versus shrink.
Implement solutions that enhance store execution, customer experience, and overall profitability.
Stay updated on the latest security technologies relevant to loss prevention.
Identify technological innovations to measure the effectiveness of solutions in high shrink areas.
Partner with Private Investigator firm to work with local law enforcement and retail shrink departments.
Provide accurate information to aid in the investigation and resolution of retail theft incidents.
Develop and implement incident response plans for retail theft or security breaches.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to ensure swift and successful resolution of security incidents, minimizing losses and protecting company assets.
Implement metrics and goals to monitor the effectiveness of solutions.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop executive briefs for our Sales Leadership teams.
