Job description
Caregiver Skills Trainer
We are seeking an experienced CNA to perform regular orientation training, skills training and assessments, and ongoing/in-service training at our office in Geneva. A qualified candidate will have a CNA or equivalent certification, two years of recent experience in a community health or home service environment, and a track record of effective training and skills assessment.

Here's what you provide:

We perform detailed assessments before sending our caregivers into the homes.
We serve seniors mainly in Geneva, Batavia, North Aurora, Aurora, Sugar Grove, Montgomery, Oswego, Plainfield, Yorkville, Plano, and Sandwich.
