• Patient Volume: 6 per day (consults/admit)
• Specialty Backup: 2 Neuropsychologists
• Support Staff: 1 APP, 1 Social Worker
• Other Info: Provider must have an experience treating cognitive and memory disorders.
• EMR: Epic
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active CT License
• BC/BE
• At least 3-5 years of Neuroscience experience preferred
