Job Description:
As a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch patient care by conducting various clinical laboratory tests, analyzing results, and providing accurate data to assist in medical diagnosis and treatment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing a wide range of laboratory tests, including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology.
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensuring compliance with quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate test results.
- Maintaining accurate records of all tests and procedures.
Education and Certification Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field for Medical Technologists (MT).
- Associate's degree or certification from an accredited MLT program for Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT).
