RATE: $35 HOURLY- WEEKLY PAY, overtime at 1.5X

Position Overview: As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) at Staff Genius, you will play a crucial role in the health and well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, monitoring residents for any adverse reactions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities: - Administer medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor residents for any signs of adverse reactions and report findings promptly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medication records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and communicate effectively with team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
- Provide support and assistance to residents with activities of daily living as needed.
Qualifications: - Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of Washington.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an assisted living or senior care setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
