Job description

At Plaid, our mission is to unlock financial freedom for everyone. There has never been a better time than now to start building the future of fintech with us. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, and Betterment, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam. #LI-Hybrid

The Financial Access organization expands and enriches connections between Plaid and data partners to create a foundation for new and differentiated products that enable people to have healthier financial lives. We enable innovation for data partners by opening access to tools and technology that create the fabric of fintech. The Financial Institution Partnerships team within the Financial Access organization navigates and manages complex and dynamic relationships with our largest and most strategic financial institution partners.

The Partnership Lead is the primary strategic and business point of contact for a portfolio of Plaid’s largest Financial Institution partners. This includes owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of core business goals with a data partner, as well as building relationships with stakeholders, partnering with Technical Leads to pitch new solutions and act as advocate, and liaison with Plaid Product, Legal, Policy, Go-To-Market, and Engineering teams.
