Role : IT Project Manager
Location : Waukegan, Illinois- 60085
Duration : 9 Months on W2
Skills Looking For:
- The position is for an IT program manager, primarily focused on data analysis and reporting within the organization.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and other formulas.
- IT background with an understanding of IT systems and terminology.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for presentations.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Alternative titles for the role: Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Visualization Specialist, Business Analyst (with emphasis on reporting and data analysis)
IT Analyst (with a focus on reporting and data visualization).
- Day-to-day Responsibilities: Analyzing data from various systems, comparing and reconciling discrepancies; Creating dashboards and presentations to convey findings to stakeholders; Collaborating with different levels of the organization; Possible involvement in process improvement initiatives.
Education and Level of Experience:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in IT, finance, or related fields.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience is preferred, but candidates with more experience will also be considered.
Top 3 Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- IT background with the ability to understand and work with various systems.
Interview Process:
- 2 to 3 rounds of interviews: phone screening followed by panel interviews.
