Experienced Jewelry Sales Consultant (Full-time, On-Site, Sundays off) Looking to continue your career in sales where you enjoy celebrating with your customers on a daily basis as part of an amazing team? Compensation : $40,000 - $85,000+ (compensation based on experience. Potential earnings could exceed the maximum listed amount based on performance.) Responsibilities: • Welcome in-store guests with a smile, friendly demeanor and your personal charm • Assist customers via phone, email and business texting software in a professional manner • Work with guests to Celebrate life's special moments with a gift of fine jewelry, a special timepiece, or by assisting in preserving an heirloom piece • Exhibit a team-oriented spirit and assist fellow team members to achieve the goals of the organization • Meet and exceed personal sales goals • Develop the ability to grow your current and potential clients by cultivating relationships and repeat business through personalized clienteling efforts • Continue expanding knowledge of gemstones, watches, product lines, trends, and in-store offerings • Represent DJ Bitzan Jewelers in various marketing materials including on-camera appearances and in-store events • Be knowledgeable and proficient in discussing available financing options. • Assist with daily store duties Qualifications: • Previous experience in Professional sales and managing client books preferred • Strong communication and relational skills • Extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail • Be comfortable reaching out to customers to make follow-up connections and/or recommendations when new items arrive in-store • Ability to speak eloquently about the features and benefits of items • Ability to use Point-of-Sale software to complete transactions. • Regards integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism as a minimum standard • Prior experience with fine jewelry is a plus (selling, appraising) • GIA or AGS certification or education is a plus • Continuous learner About Company: Since 1966 D.J.
