Accounts Payable Specialist
We are working with a local, private, and family-owned company that is experiencing tremendous success and has an immediate opening for a team-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their onsite team in Vancouver, Washington. With strong accounting leaders, this is an exciting opportunity to join a company where business is booming!
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist
Handle a high volume of accounts payable functions.
Perform weekly check runs.
Respond to payment and vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
Data entry of accounting transactions.
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications
Full process high volume accounts payable experience with knowledge of general accounting processes.
3-way match and/or multi-entity a plus.
Construction or related industry a plus.
Ability to learn new systems with proficiency in Excel.
Proficient in ERP Systems and Excel required; familiar with Concur or similar a plus.
Strong effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Can-do attitude, multi-tasker, dedicated, and prioritizes accuracy.
Salary: $24-$32/hr. (DOE)
