Job description
- Assists in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Processes invoices, purchase orders, and receipts in accordance with company procedures.
- Enters financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Maintains organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records.
- Provides administrative support to the accounting team, such as handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Matching Invoices and filing accounting documents
- Ensures compliance with accounting and financial regulations and standards.
- Create and process lien releases and NTO's
- Month End responsibilitie
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must have Viewpointe Spectrum software experience
- One year of related experience required.
- Construction Industry Experience
- Accounts Payable
- Lien Release process experience
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
