As a Cook at Palolo Chinese Home, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents' dietary needs are met by preparing and portioning food items in accordance with physician-prescribed diets and production requirements. Using daily production worksheets and standardized recipes, you will skillfully cook meals that contribute to our residents' health and well-being. Your commitment to maintaining a high level of sanitation will be reflected in your duties, as you diligently follow sanitation standards to keep refrigerators and work areas clean and orderly. At the end of each shift, you will demonstrate your attention to detail by ensuring that stations are properly cleaned, sanitized, and organized, including the cleaning of kitchen equipment.

To be successful in the role of Cook at Palolo Chinese Home, several key skills and qualifications are necessary. First and foremost, you should possess knowledge of food preparation, including proper knife handling, temperature control, and sanitation practices.
