The Role
The Senior Director, Meals and Beverages (M&B) and Corporate Strategy supports the most critical Corporate and M&B initiatives for the company. The role is responsible for developing compelling, data-driven insights and recommendations for both enterprise and divisional strategic projects and business planning, including refreshing the enterprise strategic plan and annual operating plan (AOP). The role will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team at Campbell (Campbell Leadership Team – CLT) to drive initiatives forward by identifying opportunities, sizing potential impact, organizing work plans and managing stakeholders, among other responsibilities.
This is a highly visible role that reports to the Associate Vice President, Enterprise Strategy and involves frequent interaction with Senior Management, primarily Division Leadership Team members but also including other CLT, cross-divisional leadership and the CEO. A partnership-led, service-oriented mindset will be required to build and sustain the right relationships to make this role successful in driving our enterprise strategies forward.
This role will be based out of Camden, NJ. Limited travel will be required to other locations.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$125,500-$209,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
