FNP/PA Provider is needed for Walk-in Clinic in Central Washington. See  Job ID# 

• Full-time Perm 
• Schedule: 4 Day work week 
• Seeing an Average of 25 Patients Per Day
• The provider will be providing medical care for  all ages conducting preventative and wellness care, vaccines, physical examinations, obtaining histories, urgent care, and walk-in clinic 
• Must be able to work independently, Physicians and advanced practitioners will also be on-site
• Experience with injury management including, but not limited to, laceration repair, orthopedics, and concussions.
• at least 4 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner is required to be considered for this position
• Loan Forgiveness through the Group $24K and through Government also
• Washington Licensed in Hand or in the Process
• Vaccination is required for this position (Religious and health exemptions to be considered)
• Salary DOE, Benefits through the Group - 30 Days PTO,  Relo Stipend, Sign-ON, and additional benefits
