Job Description

As a Senior CAD Technician on our Survey team, you will work on preparing a variety of projects which can include Survey Plats, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Legal Descriptions and other surveying related products. You will provide project design through AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting, run calculations, and create and update drawings related to land surveying.

You bring to the team:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Associate Degree in drafting is preferred
• 6+ years of experience in drafting.
• Knowledge of CAD software (MicroStation, AutoCAD).
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Typical range for this position is $29.00 to $38.00+ hourly and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
