The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service to employees, managers, and the HR community in response to inquiries related to a broad range of HR-related topics, including but not limited to scheduling, HR policy, staffing and benefits. The Human Resources Coordinator will perform administrative, transactional, and data/records management activities in support of HR and HRIS functions, including processing life-cycle transactions such as onboarding, status change, compensation, separations, etc.

COMPENSATION:  The hourly rate or salary range for this position ranges from $20.00/hr to $22.00/hr, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. ​

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors. ​

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to amend schedule for staffing and/or budgetary needs 
• Provide excellent customer service in response to phone and online inquiries from employees and managers 
• Resolve inquiries by accessing information in multiple HR systems 
• Oversee employee data input and ongoing maintenance 
• Assist in employment lifecycle activities, attending recruiting events, assisting new hires with paperwork, facilitating new hire orientation, inputting new hire paperwork data and processing separations 
• Organize and facilitate trainings, including Food Handlers and orientation 
• Produce reports for management, including Key Performance Indicator metrics, New Hire Referral, Guest comments, etc,.
• Escalate management or employee concerns to HR Manager 
• Willingness to assist in operations during peak times 
• Additional scope or alternate tasks may be assigned
