Responsibilities

Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a Director of Quality Management 

The Director of Quality manages and directs, in cooperation with leadership, the facility's quality improvement program. This senior leader together with the CNO, leads the regulatory compliance program required to maintain accreditation with our various reglatory bodies: TJC, CMS and OhioMHAS.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in health-care administration or public administration or be a Registered Nurse or be an Master's-level social worker

Professional License :  RNs must have a current and valid Ohio RN license and a social worker must have a current and valid Ohio LSW

Additional Requirements : Leadership, problem-solving and administrative skills. Must have knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, OhioMHAS and other applicable state and federal regulatory bodies or the ability to quickly learn

Two or more years of previous experience in a mental health, substance abuse treatment facility, or hospital in a risk management capacity is  highly preferred .

This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.  Professional demeanor and appearance required.
