Title: MS PowerApps Developer [ with Service Now ]
Location: 100% Remote
Client: FDA
Duration: Full Time Permanent
Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions utilizing Microsoft PowerApps for creating business applications and ServiceNow for IT service management. The candidate should possess strong technical skills, creativity, and a passion for solving complex business problems through innovative technology solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps, including user interface design, data modeling, and integration with backend systems.
- Customize and extend ServiceNow platform functionality to meet business requirements, including configuration, scripting, and integration with other systems.
- Develop and maintain integrations between PowerApps and ServiceNow, ensuring data consistency and seamless user experience.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of applications to ensure high quality and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, including mentoring junior developers and sharing best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to PowerApps, ServiceNow, and related platforms, and make recommendations for their adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Must Have: Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing custom applications with Microsoft PowerApps.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including configuration, scripting, and integration.
- Proficiency in PowerApps formula language, Power Automate, and common data services.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer is a plus.
- Microsoft Power Platform certification(s) is a plus.
