Bilingual Customer Service Representativ Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
The main objective of this position is to service the needs of the customer base that contacts us by telephone, email, or as walk-in business. This individual is expected to be aware of and support all goals relating to sales and costs and to conduct him/herself in a professional manner conducive to generating a team attitude toward maintaining effective customer relationships.
- Provide consistent and superior service to our customers.
- Contact and answer customer’s emails and calls.
- Ensure that customer needs are recognized, serviced, and their satisfaction is highly always maintained.
- Support the achievement of sales/budget targets.
- Maintain stock control, identify inventory needs, gross margins, and manage cost budgets.
- Prepare customer orders based on material and size specifications.
- Prepare material for shipment by truck, courier, or customer pickup.
- Receive, identify, and stock incoming materials as per Receiving Procedures.
- Interact with providers to source and purchase metal to meet customer needs and restocks.
- Provide proper maintenance of equipment and keep the work area clean and safe for customers and other employees.
- Complete all necessary paperwork correctly and timely.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Bilingual Customer Service Representativ Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Inventory control.
- Able to lift 25lb manually.
- Math basic – 70% score test required at pre-hire process.
- Customer service experience.
