Position : Nanny
Location : Far Hills, NJ
Type : Full-Time, Live in or Live out
Compensation : $30-$35/per hour .
A Private family looking for their long-term Nanny in Far Hills, NJ.
From the Family:
- My son will be 3 years old on April 1 and my daughter will be 1 year old on April 17. I am a stay at home mom. My husband has a very high-powered job and does not get home until late in the evening (10pm), so I need a very well-equipped nanny to help me care for my children. I need to be able to run out to go to an exercise class or do food shopping, etc. I also need the nanny to be available on weekends should I need her. My husband and I go out to dinner every Saturday night and we often have plans during the day on Saturdays and/or Sundays that require childcare help for a few hours.
What Works Best for Family:
- Being take charge - I need someone who is comfortable taking charge of a situation and who is not at all shy
- Not being too intrusive to my family - This person must respect my family's privacy and also understand that there are times where I like to be alone with my kids.
- This person must be comfortable playing with my children - My kids love to play and learn. It is very important to me that my nanny be informative with my children. They should be constantly learning. My son is very curious and inquisitive so my nanny must be smart and engaging with him. She must read to my kids and encourage them to grow.
- Manners are extremely important to me. My nanny must encourage my children to be polite and say "please" and "thank you," sit while eating, etc.
- My nanny must be an excellent driver with a clean driving record.
- My nanny must be a healthy person who will encourage only healthy eating for my children.
