Job description
We are actively looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team! Great, stable company to develop your career with! Fun working environment and good benefits! This person will be the contact and liaison for assigned key accounts.
Duties:
· Contact regular and prospective B2B customers to provide product information, explain product features, submit samples and catalogs when needed.
· Recommend products to customers based on each account’s needs and interests.
· Answer clients’ questions about products, pricing, availability, and functionalities.
· Provide price quote, terms, lead time, estimated delivery date, warranty, and other information to existing and prospective clients.
· Solicit and follow through the orders with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of Account Management experience in an office/wholesale environment
* Bilingual in English and Chinese a must
* Degree in Business or related field a plus
* Detail oriented, excellent communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Big Box retailer experience highly preferred
