As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer omnichannel brand (bricks and mortar, ecommerce, home delivery), we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as the brand content manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our content strategy to engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and support business objectives. You will be responsible for managing the creation, distribution, and optimization of content across various channels, including our ecommerce, social media, email, and store merchandising. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong project management skills to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives measurable results.

This is a role based in our HQ in Doral, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Calendar 40%
- Support Director of Brand PR & social to execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, target audience preferences, and brand voice, to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule and alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Tailor content to different customer segments, personas, and touchpoints to deliver personalized and relevant experiences.
- Establish content governance standards, including style guides, brand and editorial guidelines, to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Campaign Management & Content Production 40%
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging campaign toolkits, including product imagery, store signage, digital advertising, social media content and more, that educates, entertains, and inspires our audience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, ecommerce, ops, to gather insights, align on content priorities, and ensure content integration across all touchpoints.
- Provide creative guidance to content creators, designers, and agencies to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity, while pushing creative boundaries and driving innovation.
- Oversee the end-to-end content production process, including ideation, creation, editing, and publishing, ensuring content is delivered on time, on brand, and meets quality standards.
Reporting & Trend 20%
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of content initiatives and inform future content strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging content formats, and platform updates to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization in brand content strategy and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, marketing or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of combined marketing, digital & social marketing and content marketing experience (ideally consumer packaged goods related)
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives desired outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement in content creation and distribution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment..
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- Strong knowledge and comfort for the nationwide US consumer outside of the South Florida area.
