Job description

Bartley Concrete Pumping is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team in our Silver Spring, MD office. This person will manage the daily communications with clients as well as pump operators. The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship. The Customer service manager is responsible for addressing client issues and responding to questions.

The ideal candidate comes with experience in customer service. Excellent cross-functional experience working with clients and staff to improve the entire customer experience is a critical factor in this role. 

Responsibilities: 

• Dispatching, Scheduling, Update Production Board
• Account Management - Inside and Outside Customers
• Generate A/R invoices
• Approve/Code A/P invoices
• Enter BCP sales activity into CRM
• Route leads to Business Development team
• Information Management of team activities
• Purchasing of materials and supplies
• ACPA certified
• Facilitate training of BCP coworkers and customers
• Maintain hiring bench of operator candidates

Requirements: 

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software preferred
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
