Roles & Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients remotely to understand their sports event travel needs, including preferences, travel styles, budgets, and special requests.
- Specialize in the niche aspect of being a sports event coordinator, catering to the unique demands of the travel industry.
- Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries tailored to clients' needs and wants.
- Review budgets and plan trips according to clients' budget constraints.
- Provide ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel.
- Create promotional materials to enhance the overall sports event experience.
- Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support.
- Collaborate with villa owners, property managers, and local partners to secure services, accommodations, and special arrangements for clients.
- Stay informed about luxury travel trends, emerging villa destinations, and unique villa experiences.
- Monitor changes within the tourism industry, especially travel restrictions.
- Book various travel needs such as airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruises, ticket/event sales, etc.
- Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel.
- Promptly respond to all travel inquiries.
- Handle issues that may arise during bookings and/or travel for clients.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work within the US.
- Effective communication skills with clients.
- Smartphone with internet access; laptop recommended but not required.
- Participation in FAM trips when possible.
- Team player.
- Ability to work independently.
