Responsibilities

A rapid-growth software company in the Metrowest area is hiring for a Director of Finance. This is a newly created role due to growth and acquisitions. The Director of Finance will work closely with the Vice President on all corporate FP&A. This is a hands-on financial management position, playing a lead role in management reporting and analysis of the business. Responsibilities will include:

• Worldwide financial planning
• Budgeting, forecasting, headcount, variance analysis
• Own and manage the strategic planning process
• Financial reporting
• Internal reporting packages, calendar, deliverables
• Complex financial analysis
• Special projects as needed
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Experience

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience
• Excellent communications skills
• Self-started with strong analytical skills
• BS Degree required, MBA preferred
• Experience with the following systems helpful: NetSuite, Salesforce, Adaptive
  
  

Compensation: $130K - $160K + bonus and excellent benefits
