Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities-Craft insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and successfully seal deals.
-Engage with our enthusiastic leads.
-Foster robust client relationships and provide timely follow-ups when required.
-Proficiently assess prospects' needs and pinpoint sales prospects.
-Build and manage a comprehensive database of existing and potential clientele.
-Articulate and showcase the advantages of our services effectively.
-Stay abreast of developments in competing products and services.
-Demonstrate an aptitude for achieving ambitious sales targets.
-Embrace an atmosphere of camaraderie and competition while enjoying the journey with our vibrant team!
Requirements-Sales experience or a client-facing background is highly advantageous.
-While insurance experience is a plus, it's not mandatory.
-Demonstrated history of trustworthiness, reliability, and ethical conduct is essential.
-A coachable mindset is a must.
-Proficiency in communication, including exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills, is required.
-Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
-Motivation and unwavering determination are key attributes for success in this role.
