AAA Central Penn is hiring for our Insurance Client Service Agent position. This position is vital to maintaining current client accounts while providing top notch customer service. The position collaborates with the Insurance Sales Agent to maintain active accounts, ensure client retention through account renewal, quoting and upselling products to existing customers, as well as providing clerical support to the insurance team as needed.

The Client Service Agent is responsible for all aspects of customer service for AAA Central Penn's Insurance line of business including renewals, quoting, and upselling products to existing and potential clients. The Client Service Agent provides exceptional customer service in all client interactions.

· · Maintain valid Pennsylvania Property and Casualty and Life and Health Agent's Licenses.
· Review client lists to ensure retention of current clients through plan renewals, generating new business revenue, and cross selling additional insurance products.
· Perform proper exposure analysis and needs analysis to offer advice and counsel to clients.
· Be proficient in prospecting, quoting, and sales using internal and external systems.
· Perform customer service duties by telephone, email, or meeting with clients in person, prioritizing the use of carrier customer service centers.
· Review all applications for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting them to Compliance Manager.
· Meet sales goals established by insurance management.
· Perform support and clerical duties to the insurance team as delegated by management.
· Adhere to one, consistent workflow process as implemented by insurance management.
· Protect the confidentiality of client records, files, and correspondence.
· Suggest AAA products and refer sales to other lines of business.
· Other duties as required.
RequirementsExperience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of 1 year experience quoting, selling, and servicing personal insurance products including property, casualty, and life insurance.
· Customer service experience preferred.
· Ability to calculate figures and amounts to provide clients with accurate quotes.
· Posses time management skills and ability to set priorities and manage daily tasks.
· Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and within a team environment, working closely and courteously with other staff members.
