This position is required to be on-site at our Statesville, North Carolina, location.

• Attend daily stand-up meetings and turnover meetings.
• Assist with daily maintenance walk-arounds.
• Track weekly and monthly key performance indicators.
• Document and standardize improvements
• Perform time studies for maintenance PM tasks and create relevant procedures.
• Enhance PM planning and performance.
• Cross-reference OEM parts to domestic supplier parts
• Create a decision matrix for selecting parts based on cost vs. life cycle cost, availability, and functionality.
• Create a buyer's guide for critical spare parts.

• Pursuing a degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
