Job description

Sentara RMH is actively seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join our team. Employed position joining our cancer center, providing full spectrum of hematology and medical oncology services.

• Fully accredited by the Commission on Cancer (CoC) and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) as well as QOPI certified.
• Cancer center support services:
  • Tenured infusion and clinic nursing team.
  • Two on site oncology pharmacist daily.
  • Social worker, palliative care, nurse navigators and other support services integrated into clinic.
  • 25 chair newly remodeled infusion center.
• Clinical Base Salary - $540K + $20K QPI +wRVU model
• Generous productivity rate per wRVU 
• Sign on/Commencement  bonus.
• Join a team of 4 seasoned physicians.
• 1:5 call
• Very light inpatient coverage: consult only.
• Sole community hospital with cancer center attached.
• Daily collaborative relationship with radiation oncology based in cancer center as well.
• Epic EMR
