@Orchard LLC has an exciting career growth opportunity for a junior to mid-level Azure Cloud Engineer to work within a cloud engineering team supporting an ICAM environment for a leading Civilian Federal agency. You will well-established program experiencing increased demand for Cloud resources and initiatives. This is an opportunity to work in a progressive environment that allows for team members to work remotely, #workfromhome.
Sample tasks as the Cloud Engineer - Provide the Azure Cloud environment for an Enterprise ICAM platform supporting a very visible Civilian Agency with complex sub-agency demands that provide vita scientific, data, and research services to other agencies, commercial and the general public.
- Work closely with the lead Cloud Engineer/Architect to support the Azure Production Environment
- Maintain the Trust/Dev environment
- Support and own issue resolution by working to respond to customer tickets
- Install and support the Windows 10 enterprise environment.
- Create Images within the Cloud environment utilizing virtualized MDT servers.
- Assist the lead engineer with reporting and activity tracking.
Your background will include - Demonstrated prior example supporting an Azure Cloud environment within a government agency
- Certifications: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, CompTIA.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- The ability to work independently from home while taking direction from the Lead Engineer and Government client as needed.
