Compensation: • $100,000 + bonus potential Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the roofing, gutters, windows, siding, and solar segments. • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, recruit, and train the sales team. Establish sales targets and mentor staff toward achieving these goals. • Market Analysis and Business Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to adjust sales plans accordingly. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue and generate regular performance reports for senior management. • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies, promotional activities, and brand positioning. Core Objectives: • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. • Expand customer base and increase market share in the home services industry. • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Industry Knowledge Requirements: • Extensive experience in sales, with a focus on home services such as roofing, gutters, windows, siding, and solar. • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and customer preferences. • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics in the home services market. • Familiarity with sales and CRM software. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • At least 5-7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the home services industry. • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
