Description Summary The digital marketing specialist will leverage social media, the website, and other digital platforms to continually improve brand presence while leading the development and execution digital strategies.
Role and Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for the website, social media and other digital platforms, ensuring content across all digital platforms adheres to FCM brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email, and other platforms.
- Administer overall website management in WordPress, including but not limited to, updating graphics, adding new sales staff, and creating new locations.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to provide continuous improvement of the website's SEO and conversions.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies, increase adoption of sales tools, and determine training opportunities.
- Drive effective collaboration with other departments and marketing team members to spearhead the development of new creative & content to support digital campaigns. Write creative briefs, sharing campaign performance and competitive data to help the marketing team develop new assets.
- Manage social media business accounts, scheduling posts, responding to interactions, reviewing insights and adjusting strategy when needed.
- Maintain budget adherence for social media and digital campaigns.
- Advise on emerging trends in social media and digital marketing with consideration to how to integrate such trends into FCM's own brand language.
- Manage reputation management, effectively resolve complaints or issues arising, escalating to the appropriate team only when necessary.
- Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed.
Position Requirements Education and/or Experience: - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management with bachelor's degree in related field
- In lieu of degree, 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management required.
Skills: - Required comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing and social media management with tools like WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.
- Strong proficiency in all software and applications used in the creative design process.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate in a uniform brand persona when needed.
- Awareness of current and emerging digital marketing trends and the ability to translate them into FCM brand standards.
