Your Role:
- Spearhead our operations and revenue-generating departments, ensuring seamless execution and growth.
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with building contractors, concrete contractors, and structural engineers to meet and exceed regional project and financial objectives.
- Direct a dedicated team of project managers and superintendents, guiding them towards achieving our project goals with precision.
- Design and implement training initiatives that enhance the skills of our teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Contribute to setting annual objectives and regularly review performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Craft and execute technical and sales strategies that ensure our success in critical projects, blending innovative design and competitive pricing.
- Lead the introduction of groundbreaking commercial materials and methodologies, enhancing our market offerings.
- Play a pivotal role in securing projects by supporting teams with compelling proposals and documentation.
- Regularly visit project sites within the region to monitor and assure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- A visionary leader with a knack for team building and driving business expansion through strategic development of personnel and processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of concrete construction practices and techniques.
- Exceptional ability to establish and maintain relationships, unlocking new opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
- A seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in Concrete Formwork and/or Rebar industries, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is highly desirable.
